Chef Twillia (pronounced Twyla) Glover has over twenty-four years experience in the food
industry.  She was the chef/general manager of the Rue de L'Espoir in Providence, R.I. for more
than ten years.   Twillia attended the Culinary Institute of America.

Twillia was a featured Rhode Island chef at the 2007 Women Chefs & Restaurateurs National
Conference. She was the caterer for the PBS show
Cultivating Life 2008 season. The Fall 2008
issue of
edible RHODY carries her recipe for Braised Red Devon Short Ribs in an article on
Cooking Fresh. She was a Signature Chef for the March of Dimes R. I. Signature Chefs Auction
in 2005 and 2006.

An upcoming Food Network program will feature Twillia's food on one of it's shows this fall.

Her Southern roots have inspired her to add a down-home comfort twist to classic French
training.    "When I was a child Sunday afternoons were spent with my father and Julia Child;
afterwards our attempts at duplicating Julia's recipes were filled with the delights of
experimentation and laughter no matter what the result."
